Job Description

Responsibilities

Build software prototypes and conduct experiments to evaluate alternative architectures.
Take end-to-end responsibility for the development, quality, testing, and production readiness of the services you build.
Effectively communicate status of the deliverables, issues, and risks
Mentor junior members of the team
Conduct periodic on call duties

Qualifications

Required

BS in Computer Science or equivalent, MS preferred.
6+ years of experience with design and development of software platforms.
Ability to quickly pick up existing concepts and employ new techniques.
Strong problem solving and communication skill.

Preferred

Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft cloud infrastructure, Azure or Bing experience will be a plus.
Experience in Big data and streaming platforms like Strom, Hadoop, Cosmos and machine learning experience will be a strong plus.
Experience in Supply Chain is not required but is desirable.
