Job Description

Urgent opening for Production Head in Food Process Industry @ Baddi H.P

Experience - 10+ Years in Food Production

Salary - 60,000 to 65,000 per month

Qualification - Food Technology

Preferred candidates from Food Industry only

Male Candidate Only

Job Profile

Overall responsibility of managing the factory operations including production planning and plant equipment maintenance.

Scheduling the production plan, RM/PM and procedures for manufacturing in shifts.

Conduct regular production meeting to promote good communications provide technical guidance and workable solutions to problems.

Monitoring & analysing shift performance, line efficiency, product output, material usages & manpower utilization and breakdowns & other aspects affecting planned scheduling.

Optimize capacity utilization and ensure maximum efficiency is achieved in all the manufacturing and packaging machines.

Coordinating & working with purchase Dept. for controlling inventory of RM/PM and Finished goods with dispatch Dept. as per requirement & budget plans.

Control of production costs, and overheads within agreed budgeted limits.

Production plan in co-ordination with the sales department and F.G warehouse.

Ensure wastage of RM and PM is monitored within Internal company standards.

Manage the workforce and keeping them motivated to ensure optimum productivity.

Streamlining the process of stick and Enrobing.
