Job Duties Primary responsibility is to work and complete the assigned tasks
end to end, manage customer expectations and provide quick &
accurate resolution within the specified TAT.
Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short
timeframe with limited supervision
Tremendous patience and problem solving skills
Eligibility Criteria Should be flexible to work in shifts and rotational Offs.
7 Days operational window, with 6 Day Work Week and rotational
shifts.
Strictly no leaves during training
Good Typing skills 30 WPM with 85 Accuracy.
Gender Mix 60 Male: 40% Female (Considering rotational shifts)
Age: Preferably Less than 28 Years.
Selection Process First Level of HR discussion. (JD and Expectation Setting)
Second level of HR discussion. (Face to Face Discussion): - To check
smooth flow of language, well-structured speech relating to
information and points of view clearly. Clear pronunciation and
intonation
Operations Round followed by Client Round.

Training Candidates are expected not to take any leaves during training, OJT
and nesting period to ensure smooth learning curve (no planned
leave requests during probation.
Targets During OJT and Training, All employees will be provided with
Efficiency and quality targets as defined by Business and employees
are expected to achieve these, failing to do so may lead to punitive
actions as per company policy.
