Job Description

Role Description
Responsible for purchasing of direct and indirect business requirements.
Well verse with SAP procurement module
Well verse with RA, RFQ and other standard sourcing processes.
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and services.
Follow up with suppliers and import agents for timely delivery & installation schedules
Coordination with group companies for reports/ data and payment follow up with Finance team.
Good in basic negotiation, proficient in locating new vendors, analyzing the best source of purchase.
