. Lead the Enterprise sales team with examples.
. Recruit, develop and coach SME direct sales team to ensure that they are enabled and empowered to drive and achieve respective KPIs.
. Coordinate with all Dept. for their business vertical needs and make sure high service standards maintained.
. Key accounts retention and relationship building
. Break through Large Corporate business deals as self contribution
. Achieve assigned KPIs month by month.
