Job Description

Job Profile:

  1. Work very closely with senior business process experts to provide excellent sales support for clients based in the US.
  2. Ideal candidate should be a proactive and responsible individual who is also a self-starter and can work under minimum supervision.
  3. Must be a quick learner and adapt in changing environment.
  4. Strong written and oral, interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Work collaboratively in a team environment.
  6. Ability to work on hours that overlap with US working hours.
  7. Understanding of latest SAP technologies in cloud computing and analytics, to be able to provide a unique Point-of-view of world-class packaged solutions and consulting services in the SAP space.
  8. Undergo internal SAP training for a period of 1 month upon selection.
Technical requirements:

  1. Develop sales strategies to increase business revenue.
  2. Identify potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  3. Develop and implement marketing plans for business growth.
  4. Maintain broad knowledge of competitive markets and sales techniques.
  5. Coordinate with various groups within the company to meet sales target.
  6. Assist marketing team in identifying business priorities and needs to achieve sales goals.
  7. Maintain documentations for customer accounts, customer contacts and new business opportunities
  8. Generate repeat business with existing customers.
  9. Develop and maintain productive customer relationships.
  10. Work with marketing team in identifying potential customers through calls, email and campaigns.
  11. Understand customer needs and provide optimum business solutions.
