Role/Responsibilities:
Handling B2B (group business) from Brokers, Advisors & Bank partners
Direct B2B clients handling
Direct clients acquisition
Business login and policy management
Client support
Development of B2B client base through digital platforms
Channel partner management
Annual budgeting and business forecasting
Required Experience:
Understanding of the Group Health Insurance / Group Mediclaim policies
Understanding of Group Personal Accident policies
Experience in broker / agent/ bank partner handling
Experience in TPA management
Minimum 2 years of experience
Expertise in data management
Required Qualification:
MBA/PGDBM or equivalent professional course
Graduate
Any technical course / certification in health insurance will be an added advantage
