Job Description
Number of Position: Multiple
Work location: Gurgaon and bangalore
Pay roll: Artech Infosytems
Required Experience: 0 to 0.6 years
Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be sent for interview
Provides technical support to users for basic computer related technical problems. Enters tickets into the call tracking tool; ensures information is accurate, prioritized and assigned to a queue.
Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
