Network Engineer L2 @ HTIS Telecom

Job Description

Taking Responsibility of near about over 2500 nodes in ECI Network.
NOC operations for optical Transmission network, Network Surveillance, SA, SM, SD desk and handling activities like Fault Management and restoration within SLA, working on RCA of circuits also, Provisioning of new circuits.
Handling activity like Traffic shifting, card replacement and Regular node Manually Back as well as fault diagnosis at both L1/L2 and Ethernet level.
Provisioning of 2G, 3G and 4G services, Also doing optimization in network for bandwidth.
Responsible for all traffic shifting activity of 2G, 3G 4G services.
Responsible for Node Upload, insertion, deletion and Up-gradations in ECI Networks.
Managing &monitoring the network using the ECI NMS & EMS.
Provide the remote support for Field activities, Handling the OFC Links and up-gradation of STM1, STM4, STM 16 & STM 64, and DWDM .
Prompt to resolve the issues in SA (Service Assurance) & SM (Service Management).
Rerouting of the BTS/PRI/ILL/DLC/NPLC/DR Trails in case of OFC outages or in case of any Hardware related outage.
Handling the various type of MUX of all above networks like XDM100, XDM500 (OFA card supportable device.)XDM1000, XDM3000, BG20, BG30, uSDM.
Conduct the various activities in 24*7 following shift schedule.
PDH troubleshooting, E1 Rerouting, Escalations as per matrix, Customer bandwidth Up gradation.
