Roles & Responsibilities:
Designation :- Inside Sales Trainee
Job Responsibilities:-
1)Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
2)Understand customer needs and requirements
3)Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
4)Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
5) Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
6) Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
7) Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
8) Perform effective online demos to prospects.
9)Responsible for follow up and management of leads generated from Campaign.
10)Responsible for end to end leads management, tracking and reporting in Salesforce.com
12)Record names, contact details, solution interests, activities and notes related to leads contacted in Salesforce.com
13)Identify and develop sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling & relationship development
14)Understand and effectively communicate value propositions
15)Demonstrable record of inside sales success against quota
16)Ability to use Microsoft Office, SalesForce.com, LinkedIn, Jigsaw, and Hoover's
17) Understanding of the Channel model and IT Business.
18) Good to have basic knowledge of IT Solution and Cloud Technologies
Desirable Skills:-
Excellent verbal and written communications skills across all channels communication
Ability to reach decision-makers, secure meetings and qualify sales opportunities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills and experience working with CRM systems
Proactive, self-driven, self-starter and a team player.
Strong collaboration and teaming skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
