Recruitment Executive @ L&T Technology

Job Description

Managing the complete recruitment cycle from including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
Manage complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
Sourcing of profiles through: Job Portals, social media, Job Postings, Employee Referrals, and Internal Referrals based upon desired skill sets.
Ensure that all hiring activities stays within corporate established budget.
Performing competitor benchmarking activities.
Preparation of various management reports.
Coordination with departmental heads for functional interviews Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and vendors to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
