- Experience in HVAC. Works Design, Execution, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Equipment.
- Proven expertise in HVAC Duct design, ESP calculation, Chilled Water pipe size calculation, ,, Installation, and Testing & Commissioning of
- Experienced in the review, preparation & discussion of Shop drawings, as-built drawings & sub-contractor drawings with consultant/client
Proficient in identifying and rectifying Mechanical faults to promptly overcome operational bottlenecks during the initial & critical phase of construction
- To report to the Managing Director, establish and maintain effective communications including weekly management meetings to ensure optimum teamwork and performance of the
- To promote and safeguard at all times the interests of the company and its business, and not to do anything detrimental to those
- To overlook technical/administrative matters and any other duties relating to the companys growth and
- To review, control and implement all the project activities of the Company and its subsidiaries within and out of
- To plan and schedule the activities of maintenance contracts, investigate and resolve any complaints or adverse comments received from the clients, consultants and reply to all complaints.

- Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption and establish preventive measures
- Create reports and documentation to present to the directors on a monthly
- Ensure excellent coordination on projects and maintenance contracts, with your team of HODs.
