1. Experience in marketing strategy, planning and execution of yarn business.
2. Increase Sales & profitability and manage the P & L of the business.
3. Ability to identify and secure funding/revenue sources and effectively/ efficiently managing the same.
4. Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.
5. Executive presence needed and manage corporate relations with external stakeholders like govt. depts. For his/her business division related work.

Identify the most significant responsibilities of the job which have a clear end result for the achievement of which the role holder will be held accountable.
1. Responsible for international and domestic marketing for yarn division
2. Plan & strategize target achievement.
3. To achieve top & bottom line targets.
4. To develop & manage key accounts.
5. To coordinate with production, dispatch & quality department.
6. Tap his contacts and current buyers for orders based on the factory skills and strength for the best price possible for the company.
7. Regular visits and communication with the buyers for new market trends and directions.
8. Keep the office updated on the changing market trends
9. Maintain a pulse on the buyers buying patterns and financial condition.
10. To be able to give a tentative spot costing during buyer meetings
11. Have a good knowledge of yarn and products and be able to work with the team on buyer requirements.
12. Needs to be well spoken, well presented, good communication skills, both oral and written and must be organized. Must have travelled rigorously to various countries for business development & marketing.
