Working Hours: 08:00 PM IST - 05:00 AM IST (Night Shift Only)

On-site job Work from Office only.

Required Experience-

• Minimum of 1 years of Sales and Business Development Experience in any industry.
• Should be proficient in Lead Generation activities using LinkedIn, E-Mail Marketing, Cold Calling and Client References.
• Should be passionate about joining IT Staffing Industry.
• The candidate must have top notch communication skills and should be comfortable talking to US Based clients.
• Should be working in a Target Based Job profile
• Manage all communications with Clients/Candidates and Recruiters.
