Roles and Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition-Sourcing, Interviewing , Shortlisting.
• Coordinating and conducting Direct/Telephonic interviews at various levels.
• Handling background verification checks.
• Manage new joinee documentation.
• Touch base with offered candidates till on-board.
• Employee Engagement & Management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Post Graduation in Human Resource Management/Development.
• Experienced or Fresher.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Basic knowledge into recruitment.
• Chennai candidates are only preferred.
