Experience

Candidates should have at least minimum year of experience in Handling a Voice (outbound or Inbound) team in an international(US/UK) BPO.

Technical Competencies: (Job related)

• Good Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good Analytical skills, should be able to highlight the observation with the daily, weekly and monthly production data.
• Should manage the team independently with a very minimum support from the AM.
• Should able to communicate to the client as and when required.
• Need to keep the team members motivated and provide feedback regularly.

Soft Skills: (Job related)

• Good communication both verbal and written communication & Interpersonal skills
• Should be a go-getter
• Should be able to take decisions independently
