Job Description

Job Profile This role will be a Technical (Functional) People Leader who will be responsible for the team of 8 to 15 associates directly working with Project Managers, Lead Consultants, Internal ADP Teams (AVS, Tax & Garnishments etc) and Global Clients & 3rd Party Vendors (for both Inbound and Inbound Interfaces) in the North America region (US, Canada & Mexico) for requirements gathering (virtual Blueprint Workshops), Prepare Functional Specifications, Design Solutions, Configure, Test and Release for successful Go Lives. The Consultant is expected to be able to work on Ancillary Services requirements getting implemented as well.
