Roles and Responsibilities-
Sourcing from Job portals like Naukri, Linked-in etc
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
Taking care of complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening to on boarding
Conducting Interviews and maintaining track of each candidate
Taking care of end-end recruitment
Desired Candidate Profile-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment is preferred.
Hands-on experience on Job Portals preferred.
Experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter preferred)
Early joiners preferred.
