The opportunity:
Our central corporate communications team is looking for an Sr. Executive Corporate Communications/ Sr. Communications specialist with an expertise in crafting creative employee led communications and execute internal communication initiatives.
The profile will be responsible for creating high-priority communications that will inform, align, and inspire employees across the group. Additionally, since we also offer solutions customized to each company, as per decentralization, the candidate will also be responsible to craft campaigns customized to each company.
The executive will provide high-level management support to CEO office. Reporting directly to the internal communications head, the profile will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship.
We are looking for someone with a people person, go-getter attitude and a personality who can visualize and communicate via story-telling. The ideal candidate is someone who believes in co-creation and collaboration to achieve their goals keeping a macro perspective in mind. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations and also maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
1. Strategic responsibilities :-
- Deeply understand Evolutes brand voice and tech messaging to tell our story in a way that strengthens our narrative around our brand identity and reputation among existing employees
- Collaborate across the organization to shape strategic corporate content, distill key messages and present them in a compelling way to inform, engage and inspire employees
2. Functional responsibilities:-
- Build impactful employee communications plans and tactics that effectively communicate group-wide initiatives and employees around our strategy, culture and brand
- Work closely with internal teams and key audiences to lead the development and execution of content narratives, multi-channel engagement programs and change management communications
- Capture the authentic voice of leaders in written communications and partner with them to design employee connect programs that contribute to the overall employee experience
- Drive our corporate internal channels and content management/operations in partnership with the HR and marketing communications team
- Build measurability into programs and gather insights to continuously improve
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the business operations of the company.
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
- Assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved work- flow and anticipate future needs as organization grows.

Educational qualifications and must-haves
- Minimum bachelor's degree; preferably in communications or management background (post-graduation is also preferable)
- Minimum: 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field of management, internal communications
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Masters's degree (minimum) in English, communications or a related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of corporate communications and content experience
- Strong writer with a passion for storytelling across media and channels. You possess an understanding of best practices as well as emerging trends in employee communications.
- Customer empathy: Walk in the customers (in this case, our internal customers functional heads & employees) shoes, see their perspective
- Great people skills: diplomacy, integrity and presence that enables you to build strong relationships and work effectively up, down and across organizations.
