Roles and Responsibilities:

*Freshers hiring for Us it recruitment,

*Training Will be provided

* Night Shift

* Qualification: BE, Btech, BCA,MCA,BECS,BEEE,( we dont need civil and Mechanical only from it background)

*Very good English communication skills

• Responsible for Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications and skill sets as per clients requirements.
• Should stay updated with Technical knowledge and awareness of the latest emerging IT technologies.
• Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn).
• Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.

Requirement

• Freshers 2017,2018,2019 passouts preferred -- Looking to start their careers
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ready to work in Night Shifts
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
