Roles and Responsibilities:
Enabling a better work environment with trust focusing on problem solving.
Facilitating getting the work done with trust, motivation and active participation or team members.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Assess the Scrum maturity of the team, collaborate with other Scrum masters, Agile Coach to understand the Enterprise view
Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Providing all support to the team and leading by example
Work with teams to estimate user stories
Work with teams on tracking and improving Business KPIs in continuous manner
Plan meetings like
Backlog refinement,
Sprint planning,
Daily scrum,
Review & Retrospective
