What Youll do:
Drive the overall strategy, planning, and successful execution of the internship graduate programs for the Uber APAC teams
Partner with your peers to drive strategic alignment and consistency in all our regions
Implement broad intern programming aligned to strategic priorities, core values, and intern survey data
Develop content and lead orientations and training for interns, managers and mentors
Collaborate with our University Recruiters to implement internship programming and engagement strategies
Lead intern onboarding / off-boarding tasks with key partners in People Ops and onboarding teams
Own key communications to interns, managers and mentors, regarding onboarding and training, key dates, events/programs and other relevant information
Gain and possess knowledge of market trends and competitor best practices in order to build and showcase signature university programs
Conduct intern surveys, analyse results to report findings to University Talent Acquisition leadership and teams, hiring managers and mentors, and other key partners to continuously improve the internship program
**What Youll need:*
6 years of corporate experience 3 years of experience in recruiting related functions: recruiting, sourcing, recruiting coordination, or program management in India / APAC University recruiting experience, higher education, or career services experience Experience in a fast-paced, high demand environment Technically savvy, with iCIMS or other ATS experience preferredAt Uber, we reimagine the way the world moves for the better
