Job Description
- We are looking for a Senior Program Specialist who will be responsible for supporting cross-functional projects and improving critical processes for the Global Support Operations team.
- This is a dynamic project program management role with a heavy focus on customer obsession, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement through alignment, teamwork, organization and data analysis.

What the Candidate Will Do
- Plan and lead high-impact initiatives aimed to improve the foundational quality of Ubers customer support experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across the globe to scope, design and execute the organizations priority programs
- Identify opportunities and trends within our operations, analyze the return on investment of our initiatives and provide input to our forward-looking strategies
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to better serve Ubers customers
- Be a crucial thought partner in developing outstanding customer experiences
Basic Qualifications
- Project management, change management and process optimization experience
- Analytical skills to process high volumes of data and generate actionable insights
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional projects from start to finish Experience working in a diverse and globally-dispersed environment Experience leading cross-functional projects
- Familiarity with customer support operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
What the Candidate Will Do
- SQL, R, or other technical analytics skills are a bonus
