Job Description

4+ years of experience designing and building a production-level large-scale web application with NodeJS.

Solid foundation in software design, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms

Proven understanding of micro-services oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs

Strong knowledge of Test Driven Development, Refactoring, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, etc.

Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS industry with hands-on experience with public cloud offerings (e.g., AWS, GAE, Azure)

Real passion for learning from and mentoring your peers to evolve the engineering craft within your team

Familiarity with agile software development methodologies

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

If youve got some of these skills, even better:

Experience designing, building, and operating large systems with scalability, availability, testing, and performance requirements

Experience with GraphQL

Experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or

A passion for applying DevOps concepts (CI/CD, etc.) to improve the delivery process of software

Familiarity with AWS Services (DynamoDB, SQS, EC2, SNS, etc.)
