Roles and Responsibilities
End to end recruitment
Sourcing the best talent for the respective role from various available portals.
Coordination with the Team lead or Manager in charge of the role to ensure a continuous flow of the process.
Develop recruitment goals and objectives
Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
Write and proofread job descriptions
Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
Use multi-channel approach to recruit
Evaluate which sources bring the best candidates
Maintaining data
Desired candidate profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
Ability to determine the value that the candidate can bring and evaluate authenticity
Location: Marol Naka, Andheri East (No work from home)
