Job Description

Responsibilities
Coaching and mentoring the existing senior technical team

Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely

Developing and managing software solutions practices, and implementing development and operational methodologies

Promoting software engineering best practices via code reviews, building tools and documentation - covering the software development lifecycle

Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivery of IT projects to market

Develop strategies to increase revenue for the future and improve return-on-investment in the space that we operate in today

Analyzing target markets and our current client-base and identify opportunities for us to grow and scale

Identifying / Researching / Planning / Implementing short and long term technical needs of the organization.

Interacting with clients and supporting our clients almost like a Fractional CTO (for the client); supporting our clients in optimizing and maximizing how the team can

service their (the clients) needs. And then working with the team (including Management) to deliver on that vision
