What we're looking for :

- Experience with large-scale data warehousing architecture and data modeling.

- Experience in building real-time ETL Data Pipelines

- Strong in Data Warehousing concepts

- Experience of Kafka, Kafka Stream is a must

- Experience in designing and working with fairly complex database schemas

- Proficiency in SQL

- Proficiency in Java

- Experience with any of the visualization tools like Tableau.

- Knowledge of distributed systems such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark is helpful

What you'll do :

- A typical tech lead(data) is expected to take up the following responsibilities:

- Design data pipeline and the architecture of analytics stack

- Work closely with Manager, Product Managers, and QA teams to gather data and estimate project timelines.

- Plan sprint and run the scrums for timely delivery of the projects

- Primary owner of delivery, timelines

- Work with junior devs and QA to deliver a high-quality data pipeline, real-time reporting, and analytics

- Be hands-on and lead by example by delivering a high-quality product

- Review code was written by other engineers.

- Be part of the lateral hiring process

- Decide on build vs buy and choose optimum component
