Follow up on deliveries & updating of the same with the team & client on a regular basis.
Assisting in Dispatches of shipment to customer locations with receipts confirmation.
Follow up with sites/branches for the daily activity reports
Follow up for the measurement sheets from Project team & handing over the same for billing & invoicing
Dispatching & confirmation of receipts of the invoices @ customer end.
Regular assistance to the finance team for the Follow up on payments
Assisting in documentation of completed sites & lamination for proper presentation
Registration for opportunity incentives with OEM
Assisting Operations head on various tasks
Assisting Marketing teams on back office tasks including pricing
Coordination of weekly office meetings & preparation/circulation of MOM.
Office Admin- Incl filing & records
Mailing company profile to customers & vendors
Website admin & updating of the new projects
