• Selection and performance of CRM Team.
• Team building, training & mentoring of CRM Team.
• To ensure time management & discipline of the team.
• To attend weekly Sales mtgs.
• To ensure customer satisfaction & Relationship.
• To solve customers problem / issues.
• To solve product related issues.
• To solve internal & external problems
• To coordinate & getting feedback from other dept.
• To coordinate between CRM Sales Marketing Sales A/C Legal Facility Management.
