Job Description
We are a 22 year old company based out of Gurgaon, selling biomedical equipment for the Ophthalmology field pan-India. We are exclusive distributors for our Overseas Principals in India. The product details can be obtained from our website www.jaggijaggi.com. Our company is poised to grow at 20-25% per annum because of recent additions to the product line.
As we continue our expansion, we are looking for energetic sales force pan-India. The job profile will include travelling to neighbouring cities of your domicile and meeting eye doctors and professionals (Opticians and Optometrists) to promote our products. Many of the professionals you visit may already be our customers, so business generation may be totally dependent upon your promotional and marketing skills.
While answering this email, it is required that you pen down your strategy towards sales to these professionals, who know more than you do in this field. Your motivation towards this job, which will include your continued education and top most sales skills.
Local conveyance and travel expenses will be paid extra. Incentives on the sales will be extra to the salary. The salary package on offer is as follows :
Base City : Can be any metro or Tier 1 City of India.
Local Conveyance ; will be a fixed amount for the Base City , Travel Allowance of Rs. 1500 per night of Stay for Hotel and Food + To and Fro Bus/ Train fare (Seniors get A/C Allowance).
Experience Holders
3.5 Years+ of Sales Experience = Rs.34,550 less PF + Applicable Sales Incentives
2.5 - 3.5 years of Sales Experience = Rs.31,550 less PF + Applicable Sales Incentives.
>2 years of Sales = Rs.20000 less PF + Applicable Sales Incentives.
