Updating content on website aligned with the overall business user functions and immediate focus areas
Collborate with marketing, design team & business users to evangelize the website vision and how it supports the overall business objectives
Gathering business requirements and prioritize the needs based onf vimpact vs time vs complexity
Improve site adoption, site ranking, site visits, unique users and repeat visitor by leveraging various tools like SEO/SEM as well as leveraging site analytics
Ensure that the customer journey is aligned with the content strategy and basic principles of customer experience
Maintain customer centricity. Track competition and market trends with respect to marketplace
Develop & track overall project plan with respect to website
Managing projects by liasing with IT & technology partners to meet development and implementation tagets
Lead and supervise the design, development & implementation of the customer website
Maintain data integrity, consistency
Design key operational metrics to measure customer experience on the Website which can be correlated with business level score like CSAT/NPS etc
Design and implement website performance metrics for example funnel conversion, page performance metrics, customer interaction and ROI
Analyse customer behaviour in terms of content browsing, purchase pattern, frequency of use, perform RCA
Continuous improvement/ evolution of the website based on user feedback
