1 - Contributes to and is responsible for co-ordination with internal auditors, implementation of internal audit recommendations while ensuring strict adherence and critical review of audit reports
2 - Contributes and is responsible to attend and monitor court hearings for all legal cases and ensure filing of insolvency proceedings at NCLT for recovery of due amounts from corporate entities
Facilitate the internal auditor in conducting an internal audit for regions, depots and RMC plant, system adherence status, any other information as required under the scope of internal audit

Contributes to and is responsible for gathering and analyzing market information on prevailing transportation rates, market presence and service levels of transporters, to facilitate sound decision making

Contributes to and is responsible for analyzing monthly MIS, cost & profitability, historical trends, schemes and their effectiveness and other related analyses
Prepare various operational MIS e.g. highlighting list of non-CD parties, uneconomical movement of material etc.
Monitor approval for various discounts; maintain proper records and statements, review budget v/s actual discount and highlight exceptions to the management in case of variation

Contributes to and is responsible for identification of any risks / areas of risks in new transactions, put in place mitigation measures and also ensure adequate insurance coverage for all company assets, offices, godowns & stocks to avoid any financial losses
Deal with insurance companies for prompt settlements of claims and disbursements
Filing of insurance claims with railways / insurance companies within timelines in case of damage, theft of cement, etc.
Analyze stock position and review FIFO is maintained at godowns and take appropriate action for any deviation

Contributes to and is responsible for identifying training needs and ensuring growth and capability development for own team members
