Urgently Hiring for a full time HR Executive Role for Noida Location.
HR Executive :-
Job description:-
- Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle operations and performance management of
the mandates and to ensure that quality service standards are maintained at all times. - Hands on experience in IT, Non-IT and Internal hiring's.
- Involved in 70 % Recruitment & 30 % HR Operations.
- Sourcing resumes from portals, taking initial interviews, handling Joining, salary negotiations
etc. - Maintaining day to day tracker & performance tracker as well.
- Managing the hiring process.
- Administrative functions, Employee Verifications, Attendance & Leave management, Exit
formalities. - Hands on experience in IT, Non-IT and Internal hiring's.
Skills and Experience Required:-
- Any degree with 1-4 years relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Interpersonal skills & presentation skills.
- Understanding of HR policies & process.
- MBA graduate will be an added advantage.
