Job Description

Individual contributor having 8-11 years of relevant experience and willing to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) to service multiple clients across US and SEA and having R12.x EBS and Fusion Cloud experience. Functional/ Technical skills:
Discrete Mfg, SCM and Procurement applications.
Should be able to write basic sql to retrieve information from the database for investigation purposes. Other details:
- Prior support experience is a must.
- Should be willing to work on Indian Bank/Public holidays as required.
- Should have experience in liaising with Oracle on service requests and escalation process.
- ITIL v3/v4 certification would be advantageous.
