Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is passionate about managing a group of high performing Software Engineers to build the crowd sourced quality infrastructure for WebXT and Microsoft.
A suitable candidate is expected to have experience of managing and leading people towards goals. Understanding crowdsourced platforms will be a plus. The role requires quick prototyping, narrowing down design options to deliver on the vision in collaboration with a strong team of software engineers and partners.

Qualifications

A bachelor s degree or higher in computer science or related discipline
12+ years of software engineering industry experience
4+ years of leading a product towards completion
Experience with architecting and building reliable, distributed services
Experience in machine learning and deep learning and applying these techniques in high-scale environments
Demonstrated problem solving and prioritization skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
