Job Description

Overall experience 3 to 5 Yrs.
3+ years of overall experience in Workday Integration Implementation.
Minimum 2 end-to-end workday implementation experience.
Prior experience in other HCM solutions such as SAP HCM, Success factors, Oracle HCM would be an added advantage.
Very Strong Workday integration experience with Workday EIB, Studio, CCW, PICOF, WECI and PECI.
Experience in performance tunning in studio.
Experience and fluency in Web Services standards and technologies ( XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.)
Ability to take up design sessions with clients , come up with creative, effective and best possible solutions .
Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations.
Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
