Account Receivable Executive - Mumbai @ Datamatics Business

Job Description-

• Responsible for International Billing on the basis of agreements.
• Responsible for forwarding the Invoices to the Clients timely & accurately. 
• Collection of outstanding receivables and tracking Payments received against invoices on daily basis (Accounts Receivables & Reconciliation)
• Sending outstanding statements to all stake holders in timely manner
• Make necessary entries of Receipts. Knowledge of  foreign exchange calculations
• Proper data maintenance of signed copy of Job Card/ invoices /FIRC/Credit notes.
• Preparing and sending various documents to banks for payments received.
• Keeping Track on Forward covers with Bank
• Daily Exchange Rate /FIRC / Remittance Inquiry -  Follow-up with Bank
• Debtor Reconciliation on half yearly basis
• Assisting in audits & assessments as and when required

Desired Candidate profile-

• Expert Knowledge of Tally ERP 9
• Advanced Microsoft Excel & Word skills.

Working days - Mon-Fri(2 days week off)

Timings - Day shift

Salary upto - 3LPA
