Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

To perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, top denial reasons.
Should possess a good understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management Provider.
Strong exposure in Account Receivables and Denial Management.
Should have specialized hands-on expertise in analysing insurance claims denials, take steps for reprocessing of claims.
Actively participate in company's learning and compliance initiatives.
Ensure SLA Deliverables adhere to quality standards.
Ability to work independently in resolving claims.
Candidates with Excellent communication skills are preferred.
Should be a Self-Starter.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 Years of experience in accounts receivable follow-up/denial management for US healthcare customers
Preferring candidates with excellent communication skills
Knowledge on Denials management and A/R fundamentals
Willingness to work continuously in night shifts
Prior experience of working in a medical billing / US Healthcare BPO company is a must
