Job Description

To provide online medical advice to the ground staff.

Effectively analysis of referred patient condition before providing the inter facility transport approval as per the defined process.

Actively participate in proper PCF audit activity as per the defined process.

Proper documentation of online medical direction to the Emergency Medical Technician in the Medical Guidance Register & Doctor module page of 108 - EDS Application.

Empathetically handle the all OLMD calls.

Actively & eagerly participate in training programs (as an instructor) as and when required.

Maintain the confidentiality of all patients.

Actively participate in health check up and care of existing employees and any related CSR activity organized by organization.

Continuously attend the continue medical education activity to update the subject knowledge and maintain the mastery in core responsibility.
