We are looking for a Recruiter to perform various recruitment-related tasks and support our daily operations.

Selected Recruiter's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Sourcing resumes through various job portals & social Media.
Communicating with every candidate and creating a good sense of understanding with the candidate.
Posting openings on the internet.
Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Screening candidates' resumes and job applications.
Interviewing the shortlisted candidates.

Note: We need immediate joiners only.

Starting Salary will be Rs. 10,000/- Net Take Home Per Month + Incentives up to Rs. 20,000/- per month. Salary will be revised and an Increment will be given based on performance.

Office location - Bangalore Indiranagar - Regular ( on-site work )
