Basic Requirement -
- Laptop with window 10 and above operating system (genuine Microsoft Window only)
- Processor - core i5 and above with processor speed of 1.6 GHz.
- Ram - 8 GB with Working Web camera and Microphone.
- Internet - Wi-Fi and Dongle with min >= 20 mbps speed (both upload & download)(Broadband connection is most preferred and Mobile hot spot is not allowed)
- Antivirus Mandatory.
- UPS / Power Back mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Good communication skills.
2. Attending customer queries / sales over the phone and providing solutions through calls.
3. Resolving matters in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
4. Previous experience in Customer service and tele sales profile will be an added advantage.
5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
6. The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
7. You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features and answer any questions they might have.

- Passionate about work output
- Any Graduate Under-Graduate / drop out / pursuing fresher and 6 months Calling Experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively Hindi & English language.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
