Designation - IT Recruiter

No of vacancies - 10

Experience - 1 to 6 years of IT Recruitment

Salary - 1.8 Lacs to 6 Lacs + INCENTIVES / VARIABLES

Permanent Job. It's a Work from OFFICE (BANER, PUNE)

Need Immediate joiner or who can join in 10 / 15 days.

Job Description:

Sources candidates through cost effective multiple channels such as the internet referrals, networking, and industry mapping etc.
Provides applicants with information regarding the client.
Takes HR interviews to evaluate candidate's job experience, education, skills, knowledge and abilities, refers to most qualified candidates.
Client coordination.

Requirement:
Strong aptitude for recruitment; experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting and selection.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Mandatory:

Good IT recruitment experience.
