Job Description
Create, maintain and develop multiple intensive platform which can handle a variety of B2B / B2C used cases in Proptech domain.
Work closely with business teams and translate business to functional and system specifications and define new projects which can we shared with internal team members or external development partners
Manage, support and enhance team to meet the different multiple platforms. Be conversant and active in tech support networks to guide team members when they need support
Explore different technologies and suggest ways to improve the current system and features. Be adept at least one and/or conversant with Java, Python and ML. Appreciate a wide range of technologies
Get involved in system architecture design and work closely with other team members in implementing the solution.
Use tools effectively for product management and project management
Technical Skills (to have must in the CV):
1. Nuxt.js
2. Node.js
3. Python
Desirable technical skills:
1. Knowledge of AWS server and Alibaba cloud service for deployment
2. Knowledge OpenCV, Open3D, WebGL, Tensorflow (possibly for image detection)
3. Open to pick up desirable skills, reasonably quickly after joining, if the candidate does not process them already
Good to have technical skills:
1. Understanding of Event Driven Architecture and Design
2. Basic knowledge in linux basic, OS commands
Management Skills:
1. Excellent Team and Time management
2. Strong communication skill
3. Strong understanding of the development cycle
4. Active collaboration amongst internal and external stakeholders
