The Opportunity :

We- re looking for experienced Flutter developers to join our team - that are excited to contribute towards building an exciting technology platform used by thousands of companies worldwide.

Are you good at any of these

- Building Flutter apps, understanding the user journey and working on cutting edge, bespoke solutions to problems.

- Background in working with iOS is a priority

- Work alongside the design team, sharing skills and technical knowledge

- Work alongside UX/UI developers and the support team, conducting user testing and able to take negative feedback on the chin if things don- t work out (as they often don- t!)

- Optimise performance, taking external factors into account such as maximising battery life / efficiency, minimising network load, handling situations whereby signal may not be available or limited etc.

- Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in mobile technologies

- Attend client meetings, able to confidently demonstrate your work, possibly attending events / conferences

Do you tick any of these boxes

- Experience in Flutter development, possibly published examples of mobile applications on the Android / iOS marketplace

- Experience in Dart based languages

- Passionate about the vision behind what we're doing and why we're doing it

- Experience coding within a client-server model (we use the retrofit framework)

- Produce good clean modulated & reusable code

- Ability to use analytical data and user testing to inform design decisions

- Ability to multi-task with good time management skills

- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team

- Able to contribute valuable ideas to the design team, with the ability to make strong design decisions

- Excellent scoping and estimation skills

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Knowledge about time complexity of program execution

- Knowledge around various data structures, including JSON and XML

- Experience integrating with web technologies

- Excellent debugging is an obvious must.
