Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Looking after shift operation in mines as Shift In-charge with Safety and Cost Efficiency.
• Experienced in deployment and scheduling of heavy earthmoving machinery mainly Shovel and Truck combination depending upon the requirement of production and other parameters like lead distance from the working site to the unloading area, etc.
• Design of haul roads, making super elevations and maintenance of haul roads.
• Responsible for maintaining haul road conditions and hence accountable for tire life.
• Maintaining the Trenches all along the haul roads to maintain the perfect drainage system.
• Maintaining a proper drainage system at waste dumps to maintain the slopes stabilities of the dumps.
• Ensuring the safety at the dumps
• Implemented Fleet Management system for monitoring the Machinery and ore/waste movement.
• Experience in Open Pit Mining

CRITERIA :

• Immediate Joinee ( Ready Passport)
• Languages: English & Hindi

The job will also include the following:

1. Deforestation
2. Planning roads
3. Road opening, in forest
4. Managing Roads
5. Diversion & Dam Making of small streams and rivers
6. Planning & execution of river bed mining ( Alluvial Mining )
7. Mining activity related works, excavation, OB removal, ROM mining and transport via dumpers to plant
8. Overburden removal and backfilling after mining
9. Managing operators and programing of works

• Salary : Euro 650 pm + Euro 30 (Pocket Money)
• Bachelor's Accommodation will be provided.
• + Food + Accommodation + Basic Medical
