Efos.in Brings you a job Opportunity for a renown Automobile company.

Urgent requirement of Vocational Trainer.

JOB Description :

Collect and maintain trainees' details and provide data for ERP.
Co-ordinate induction programmed after rope in of trainees.
Maintain & monitor trainees' attendance.
Update & maintain documents for audit.
Visit partnering industries regularly and co-ordinate with shop floor supervisors for trainees 'performance and assessments.
Conduct theoretical & practical assessments.
Counsel and motivate trainees periodically.
Collate attendance every month and send the same to A/Cs for invoicing and stipend payment.

Qualification :

Degree or Diploma(Mechanical)

Salary :

3lpa to 4lpa

Experience :

3yrs in Relevant field.

Location :

Sanand (GUJARAT) Pune ( MH)

Job Type :

Full Time Rotational Shift
