Job Description

Job Requirements

BSEE / MSEE with total 15+ years of experience.
5+ years relevant experience in SI/PI.
Complete chip level SI/PI simulations to provide recommendations for power pad placements and decoupling capacitor values.
Perform analysis to confirm power distribution network (PDN) is robust enough for high-speed interfaces (SDRAM, DDR, etc).
Recommend solutions for optimal PDN design, including chip-level and package-level options to help meet performance targets.
Experience with chip level Spice simulation.
Debug silicon performance issues related to ground bounce and/or noise coupling.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a global team is essential

Preferred Requirements

Experience with ANSYS tools (Redhawk and/or CSM).
Experience with Cadence design tools.
Experience with IO functionality, especially DDR.
Ability to debug tool related or IP related issues independently.
