Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develops training and development programs and objectives.
  • Develops and maintains organizational communications for effective functioning.
  • Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR team.
  • Responsible to develop employee engagement activities.
  • Trains and coaches Medical & Non- Medical Staff, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
  • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment of medical and non medical staff working in the hospital.
  • Identifying departmental needs to provide training accordingly.
  • Conduct training sessions of all the departments effectively.
  • Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
  • Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
  • Maintain vaccination and annual health check details of Medical/Paramedics/ Non medical staff.
  • Be a part of credentialing and privileging committee of Medical & Para- Medical Staff.
  • Provide training data for Review meetings.
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Modifies programs as needed.
  • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
  • Active participation in various internal/external audits.
  • Active participation in various HR meetings.
  • Administers spending against the departmental budget.

Desired Candidate Profile-

  • MBA in Human Resource/ Certified Trainer in Learning & Development with 5 - 10 years experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Adapt with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
  • Experience in Hospital in the same profile will be preferred.
