Roles and Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and providing Customer service
• Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the relationships.
• Responsible for ensuring high quality service ,Key Customer Relationship Management & achievement of targets on all product level campaigns.
• Effectively service inbound/ outbound calls to customers.
• Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
• Sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Forex, Credit Cards, Online trading etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum Qualification Graduation in any stream
• 0 -5 years experience in BPO Sales, Phone banking would be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills.
• Should have good knowledge of liability products.
