Position : Technical Recruiter

Experience : 1Yrs +

Education : Diploma /Graduation / Masters (Fulltime )

Location : Bangalore(Rajajinagar)

Key Responsibilities:
You will Source, screen, manage leads (profiles), schedule interviews, do follow-ups and will manage the entire talent acquisition process end to end.
Understanding Client Requirements. (Client Hiring Ecosystem)
Co-ordinate and handle end-to-end recruitment independently
Reaching out candidates through various sources.
Highly organized, you work with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly prioritize various top priorities.
Customer-focused and can provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers. (you have clients both side!)
Supporting the recruitment coordination team with ad-hoc tasks
Building up a good pipeline of prospective candidates.
Being a career partner to the candidate and making every effort to help the candidate to choose the right job.
Desired Eligibility:
1+ years of technical recruiting experience with strong communicational skill(in English language)
Assertive and flexible to take on new tasks and responsibilities, work independently and cope up with a fast passed environment.
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience working in Microsoft Office(Word , Excel).
Excellent attention to detail and proficient learner.
